The Bridger Ski Foundation is pleased to welcome two new additions to the BSF Board of Directors: Caroline Roy and Erik Renna. We also said a fond farewell to board member Melodee Kelly as she ended her second term. But with over 40 years of volunteering for BSF, including 35 years of leadership with the BSF Ski Swap, we expect you'll still see her on the mountain and at BSF events. Thank you for all your years of service, Melodee!

Erik Renna

ERIK RENNA

Erik grew up alpine ski racing in New Hampshire and Maine and moved to Bozeman in 1996 to attend Montana State University. After graduating with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Erik has been working in the engineering consulting and mechanical contracting industries. Erik and his wife, Erin, have 10-year-old twin boys, Owen and Henry, who participate in BSF’s Alpine and Nordic programs. Erik enjoys recreating with his family during his free time. Besides skiing, he loves to mountain bike, fish, hike, raft, camp and hunt with his family.

Caroline Roy

CAROLINE ROY

Caroline Roy grew up skiing on the icy slopes in Maine. After ski racing through high school at Carrabassett Valley Academy, she attended Middlebury College in Vermont where she skied on the alpine team for two years and earned a BS in Environmental Studies. Upon moving to Bozeman in 2003, Caroline discovered her passion for Western mountains and all they had to offer. In her work life, Caroline is the Branch Manager and Loan Officer for GoPrime Mortgage, a local real estate lender in Bozeman. She and her husband, Jasper Buchbauer, have three boys who are currently enjoying both Alpine and Nordic programs with BSF. As a family they share a love for all things outdoors including skiing, biking, rafting, gold mining and fishing. Caroline hopes to bring her enthusiasm and love of sport to the Board to help grow an already amazing organization here in the Gallatin Valley.
