We need to be super fit physically and mentally to perform at our best. Over the course of a six-week period, athletes on BSF's competitive teams will study six valuable components of mental training.
On Mondays, athletes will be given a topic for the week. Each topic will have an introduction, self evaluation, topic summary, and exercises related to the specific topic. Athletes will need to read the materials and complete the exercises by the following Monday. The exercise documents can be printed, filled out, and hand to your coach at the beginning of the week.
