10:30AM Update: there is a now a modified version of the dog loop. Its a little shorter but it avoids the water ice, which we cant do anything about (can barely even turn a snowmobile on it!). The fresh grooming this morning got covered by another round of snow that came in about halfway through the shift but things should still ski nicely!

UPDATE: Last night we groomed all of Bridger Creek, Sac, and MSU. All three should be great skiing. We'll take a look at the dog loop today but the lower part is a sheet of ice, so any grooming will be on a modified route. This morning, we will be out at Sunset Hills/Highland Glen with the Pisten Bully and there will be 2 snowmobiles out in Sourdough, grooming atleast the Moser side. Everything should be nice skiing but there is a firm crust just underneath the fresh stuff, remember that on corners. In Sourdough, please be careful in the first 2 miles: there are lots of people (as always) and that ice is not gone, it is thinly covered.

Lastly, remmember that there are no dogs at Bridger Creek Golf Course and please park at the clubhouse.

That was a nice shot of snow that we got this morning, right in the window of time when we would have been grooming. With Snow forecast to continue off and on throughout the day, we have not been out grooming anywhere yet. Sunset Hills may get a quick Pisten Bully lap so that there is something, but we will focus our efforts tonight or in the early hours tomorrow morning to get the most out of our effort.

Cheers!
