We received 7.5" of snow over night and man did that make a difference and take some work to pack! Richard and I spent a couple hours thoroughly packing Sunset Hills and Highland Glen. Sunset hills is on the soft side but thanks to a couple days of base development should quickly turn into good skiing. As of now, the plan is to come back tonight and set classic tracks and do a ginzu grooming to clean everything up.
Highland Glen got its first packing of the season and will be thin and grassy but quite skiable. Still rock ski country for a little bit. If all goes well we will roll Highland again tonight or tomorrow morning.
Once the weather clears a bit, we will get Bridger Creek Set up and packed. I am tentatively hoping to do this tomorrow. Between the ski swap and hunting season we are temporarily short staffed, so bear with us.
Get out and enjoy the trails!
UPDATE: Ginzu groomed sunset hills and set 2 classic tracks. The trail platform is still uneven in places and the tracks arent perfect but the skiing should be pretty good still.
Highland Glen was re-rolled as well and should be skiing better though it is still thin and grassy.
