Sarah Goble had her first world cup start of her career yesterday. She raced in Les Rousses, France in the 10k individual skate race. Tomorrow she will put the bib on again for the 20k mass start classic. Stay tuned for another update from her in France!

The finished off period 1 of SuperTour racing in Sun Valley Idaho. A mix of blue bird days and 2 feet of fresh snow for the final race made for some exciting races! Logan Diekmann recaps his first World Cup of the season. On Friday November 25th, Logan raced in Ruka, Finland for the world cup classic sprint! He finished 32nd and a gut wrenching .39 seconds from making the heats. Read about his thoughts from the race and stay tuned as he competes next week and as the rest of the team heads to Silverstar with the first race happening on Wednesday!

Logan shares his thoughts and goals for the first period of the 2022-23 World Cup Season. Logan will be competing in 4 sprint races over the next 4 weeks. Logan is one of five male athletes in Europe racing in these sprints for the United States! Logan will write a blog after each race so stay tuned! GO LOGAN!!!!

Finn talks us through the past couple weeks of L4 workouts, and why the BSF team is switching from L3 the L4 as we approach the season.

The pro team is back from Park City and Finn talks about how he recovers or prepares for a hard intensity block of training! He uses sleeping heart rate data and general feel to decide if he is rested, prepared, and ready to go hard in the next week of time trials and interval training.

Finn writes about his two week training camp in Park City, Utah. Included is results from the roller ski races at the end of the camp!

Graham tells us how he recovers between and after training sessions. In particular, the BSF Pro team is in Park City, Utah for the annual fall training camp! Logan Diekmann talks about how he maintains his work-life balance. It can be challenging for a nordic skiers who is training close to 30 hours per week and also trying to fund their season through a part time job to have any time to hang out with friends and family. Logan talks about how he is able to keep close with his friends and family. The Pro team has now been in Park City for a few days for a two week training camp! Mariah recently competed in the Bozeman Marathon. She won the women's division race with a blistering fast time of 2:59:08. This placed her 8th overall! Her goal was to qualify for the Boston marathon which she ended up doing! Mariah talks about how her training with BSF and ski specific training helped her achieve her goal and how she is looking forward to bringing this energy and speed back into skiing this winter!
