Bridger Ski Foundation added fluorescent reflective flags to the Highland and Ellis St. intersection this week.

This is a popular crossing spot for accessing the ski trails at both Sunset Hills & Highland Glen, as the Softball parking lot on Ellis is the only significant skier parking area. Many of the BSF ski programs start from this location, and during the dark days of December, many skiers are crossing in low light conditions.

Community members are encouraged to use the flags when crossing at this intersection.

The crossing is on the city's radar to improve, and BSF will be sending a memo to remind them that both kids and adults regularly use it year round.
