Pro Team Posts Solid Results in Germany and Lake Placid

It was a solid weekend of racing at the Lake Placid Supertour and in Oberhof, Germany. Erin Bianco finished her first World Cup with an impressive 35th in the classic sprint in Germany. She was less than a second from qualifying for the top-30 heats. She will get another World Cup start this Saturday in Goms, Switzerland.


The rest of the BSF Nordic Pro team raced in Lake Placid, New York. These were the last qualifying races for the Canmore and Minneapolis Team USA World Cup teams. Graham Houtsma and Reid Goble finished 5th and 6th respectively in the 10km classic. The men's team also put five racers into the sprint heats, with Logan Diekmann and Graham Houtsma landing in the top 10.


Hannah Rudd and Sarah Goble posted  strong finishes in the the 10km classic finishing 6th and 7th in the 10km classic in massive fields of over 200 racers. Rudd made the finals in the sprint, finishing 6th, while Goble was 9th.
