Bridger Ski Foundation (BSF) Freestyle had their first regional moguls competition in January at Missoula's Snowbowl. It drew athletes from Salt Lake City; Sun Valley, ID; North Star, CA; Winter Park, CO; and Northern division, with two mogul events and one dual mogul event.
With the warm nightly lows, conditions were not ideal, but our athletes persevered. The team as a whole skied well above their ability and we had a great showing for our group. Due to the tough conditions and safety considerations, some of our skiers had to change up what jumps they typically perform. Our athletes left Missoula with positive attitudes and a pride of accomplishments for what they had just skied.
We are excited to be hosting our next event at Bridger Bowl February 6-8 on Boot Hill.
