BOZEMAN, MT - It's Willy Wonka meets skiing. The Bridger Ski Foundation (BSF) has announced they will give away 30 Golden Tickets to the BSF Ski Swap, to be held November 2-3 at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds. Each ticket will include a $50 voucher towards ski and snowboard equipment at the 52nd Annual BSF Ski Swap, as well as free admission for the winner and their parent/guardian.
"BSF is committed to breaking down the barriers to entry, and this is one way we can help get ski equipment into the hands of more kids," says BSF Executive Director Evan Weiss. The Golden Tickets were funded by donors who attended the BSF's Oktoberfest fundraising event in early October.
Any child under the age of 18 and residing in Montana is eligible to win. The contest entry is free and available online at www.bridgerskifoundation.org/skiswap. One entry per child. The contest closes on October 30, and winners will be randomly drawn and notified by email on October 31.
The BSF Ski Swap attracts over 5,000 attendees each year and is the largest swap of its kind in Montana, with 10,000-plus items for sale, ranging from brand new equipment from local retailers to used equipment from local residents.
