The vision has arrived: two in-ground trampolines were installed at the Bridger Ski Foundation's new headquarters, giving skiers the chance to dial in their aerial skills before they take new tricks to the snow. Freestyle Program Director Mike Papke finished the install over the July 4th weekend, and within a few days, afternoon "tramp camps" were up and running for BSF kids.
For years, thanks to the generosity of a local family, BSF has used a trampoline at a private residence for training sessions. Now, with our own in-house facility, options will expand for athletes to practice and develop new skills.
While trampoline sessions are typically attended by Freestyle (mogul), Freeride (big mountain), Freeskiing (park) and snowboarding athletes, other athletes are welcome.
BSF is offering two free open sessions in July. (There will also be August sessions, dates TBD.) These are open to all; you just need to register in advance and sign a waiver.
Head to the links below to sign up. (BSF athletes, you just need to sign into your SkiClubPro account. If you're new, you will need to create an account first.)
