We’d like to thank BSF Executive Director Swithin McGrath for her dedication, vision, and leadership during her 10 years of service to the Bridger Ski Foundation. December 18 is her last official day at BSF, as she resigns for personal and family reasons. (Though we know we’ll still see her volunteering at races and lending a hand during the transition.)
BSF started the process of conducting a national search for a new executive director in November. While we complete the search process during the next few months, we’ve set up a clear organizational plan for the staff, and two experienced board members have stepped up to serve as interim executive directors. Pat Flowers, president of the BSF Board, and Rebekah Bunting, vice president of the board, will share executive director duties until a replacement is found.
We’re looking forward to an excellent season of skiing and unforgettable BSF moments. While change isn’t always easy, we’re excited to see what the future holds as we search for the next person to help lead BSF.
