Summer Dryland Training:

Age classes for Summer Dryland Training are determined by the athlete's age class for the upcoming 2013-14 ski season. View classes here.

J2 and older - Summer Dryland starts May 15

Summer Camps:

Bend Camp (on-snow) for J2 and older - June 13/14 - 23, 2013
Canmore Camp (dryland) for J3 and older - July 25 - Aug 5, 2013

    Youth Ski League offers beginning instruction for the youngest Nordic skiers (5-13/ J7-J3) interested in Wednesday and/or Saturday sessions throughout the winter months. This is an 8-week program.

    The Junior Team is available for skiers ages 8-20 (J5-OJ) who are looking to improve skate and classic technique, enhance fitness, and have a lot of fun.  Ski season training begins in early September and runs through the middle of March or early April, with a summer dryland option available for J4 and older athletes. Our Junior Team consists of the Development Team (J5-J3) and the Competitive Team (J2-OJ).

    The Post-Graduate (P-G) Team is designed for older junior athletes who wish to bring their ski racing to a higher level before attending college or joining the Elite team.

    The Elite Team is available for competitive skiers beyond their junior years (20+).  Coaching is designed to help these athletes reach the highest levels in the sport.

    Masters training groups are held throughout the fall and winter for adults of all ages and abilities interested in improving their ski technique and fitness, meeting friends, and having fun on the snow.

    Young Masters - NEW! - is for young adults age 25-35 who are former skiers, fit athletes, and ski enthusiasts.
