CONSIGNMENT

Anyone can consign items at the BSF Ski Swap. If an item sells, 20% of the sale goes to the Bridger Ski Foundation, and the seller will receive a check for the remainder.

1. Register Items Online

All consigned items must be registered online. You will pay all item fees at dropoff; cash only.

Oct 1 - 28
Preferred window:
Enter your items online before Tuesday, October 28 at 11:59 p.m. $1 fee per item. BSF will have your pre-printed tags ready for you at Drop Off on Friday, Oct 31.

After 11:59 pm on Oct 28: Price increases to $3 per item. And you must wait until after 1 pm on Friday, Oct 31 to drop off your items. (This is because we need the morning to print, sort and cut tags that come in late.)

HOW TO REGISTER:
Register as a seller using the button below. Add your items. Choose your prices carefully. (Check "discount" if you'd like an item discounted by 50% on day 2 of the sale.) Include details on brand, size, color, etc. No need to print any tags; we'll print them for you.

The fine print: Every year a few pieces of gear go missing; BSF is not responsible. If you cannot accept this risk, please use alternative selling methods such as Craigslist, eBay, or a local pawn shop.

3. Pickup unsold items

Sunday, November 2
2-5 p.m.
Gallatin County Fairgrounds

Building 1 - Enter through Main Gate

You must pick up your unsold items between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. on Sunday at the Fairgrounds. Any items left unclaimed by 5 pm on Sunday, November 2, 2025 are permanently retained by Bridger Ski Foundation and may be donated to local nonprofits in need or kept for resale next year. Big Sky Youth Empowerment will have the first opportunity to receive these donations, at 5 pm on Sunday.

To check if your items have sold:
Go to your consignment account, click on event management and then settlement report. (Do not use"manage items"  section.) We will also post a list of unsold items on this web page on Saturday evening and again on Sunday around noon, plus we send an email to sellers (if you have unsubscribed from BSF emails, you will not receive this). Note that it is possible an item listed as "not sold" will still sell at some point on Sunday. We still allow for sales during the pickup process. We try to enter sales as quickly as possible, but they may be slightly delayed.

4. PAYMENT

If an item sells, a 20% consignment fee goes to Bridger Ski Foundation. You will be mailed a check for the rest. (It typically takes a few weeks to finish processing all payments; it's a big job!)
