Wednesday: 4:00 pm, Bohart Ranch, classic distance skiing
J2,J1-2:00 hours
Thursday: 7:00am, Gold's Gym, light strength training
4:00 pm, Bozeman Creek, easy skiing with short intervals
J2,J1-2:00 hours
Saturday: 10:00 am, Bohart Ranch, classic distance skiing with 20-30 min. race pace
J2, J1 - 2:00 hours
Sunday: 10:00 am,Bozeman Creek, easy skiing, skating
J2- 2:15 hours
J1- 2:30 hours
