Bridger Ski Foundation's Freeride (Big Mountain) program is in its second season, with a robust group of skiers pursuing the art and style of skiing creative lines. Nine of those athletes travelled to Wyoming last weekend for the Jackson Hole Regional 2 Freeride Competition. "Every athlete completed their runs with boths skis on their feet!" said Bailey Servais, head Freeride coach.

Of note, Erik Steckmest took 3rd for the 15-18 ski males. Soren Fricke, who also races with the Alpine team, was 4th for 12-14 ski males. Harrison Hoffman took 3rd among 15-18 snowboard males. And Bridger Gault landed in 8th for 15-18 ski males.

Bailey adds, "Athletes have already made so much progress and I can't wait to see how the rest of the season goes! We're learning a lot, focusing on safety, and having fun."
