Non-BSF Athletes, Dryland/On snow Training:
Inlcudes fall dryland, September-November. On snow training includes Wednesday afternoons, PIR days, and spring break training.

BSF Alpine Competitive Team Summer Dryland Training (J3 & Up):
- Cost: $375
- Dates: June 18- August 23, 2012; We will work around Holidays and Ski camps
This program is geared toward aerobic fitness and ski specific strength, conditioning, and agility. Summer training is important for developing baseline fitness, for teaching and learning strength movements, and developing the strength for fall training, when we focus more on ski specific drills.
Summer training involves intensive cross-training and commitment. Training will also include mountain biking, hiking, trail running and field games. Our main goal is to improve fitness and health, so we can charge into the competition season when the snow flies. Training is Monday-Thursday, 10-11:30AM
BSF Alpine Devo Summer Dryland Training (J4 & Under):
- Session 1: June 18-23, $100
- Session 2: July 23 - August 23. $225
This program is geared toward general fitness, ski specific strength, and agility. The J4/J5 program is a no lifting, field-based fitness program. We are focused on athletes' baseline fitness development. For our younger athletes it is their first time doing a "fitness program". Training includes cross training, mountain biking, field games and team building activities. J4 & J5 Training: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 8-10AM, meeting 7:50AM at Bogart Park.
